NP Web Developer operates as a closed-membership marketplace. You may only create an account or sign in if a registered affiliate sponsor has first reserved a slot for your email address in the MLM Binary Structure. This pre-placement requirement applies to all authentication methods, including Google Sign-In and email/password registration.

If you attempt to authenticate with Google and your email has not been pre-placed by a sponsor, access will be denied. You must contact a registered NP Web Developer affiliate agent to be encoded into the structure before you can join.

Admin accounts are exempt from this requirement and may activate their own binary position directly from the admin panel.

NP Web Developer uses Google OAuth to provide secure authentication. When you click "Continue with Google," Google shares your basic profile information (name and email address) with our platform. We do not request access to your Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google services.

Your Google email address is used to match you against pre-placed binary structure reservations. The exact email you use for Google Sign-In must match the email your sponsor entered when reserving your slot.

You may revoke NP Web Developer's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

All commissions earned through the NP Web Developer affiliate program — including direct sales commissions, pairing/matching bonuses, milestone achievement bonuses, and leadership rank incentives — are credited directly to your Balance as displayed on your Dashboard.

Your balance is held in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You may request a withdrawal at any time subject to the platform's withdrawal processing procedures and applicable fees. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the platform administrator.

The platform is not a bank and does not pay interest on held balances. Balances represent earned commissions pending withdrawal.

The NP Web Developer affiliate program uses a binary compensation structure. Each affiliate agent occupies one position in the binary tree and may build a left leg and a right leg. Sponsors may reserve unlimited slots for prospective members by entering their email addresses and choosing a placement leg.

Reserved slots remain pending until the prospective member signs in with Google using the exact reserved email and their KYB (Know Your Business) application is approved by the administrator. Only after KYB approval is the member placed into the next available slot in the sponsor's chosen leg.

Pairing/matching bonuses are distributed weekly on Sundays (Philippine Manila Time) based on matched left/right sales volume. Business Value (BV) points accumulate toward milestone ranks and leadership incentive rewards.

All members must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before purchasing projects, collaborating, or withdrawing funds. Affiliate agents must additionally complete KYB (Know Your Business) verification, which requires a DTI Business Name Registration (for Philippines-based applicants) or equivalent Business Permit (for international applicants), plus a BIR/TIN ID with matching address.

Submitted verification documents are reviewed by the platform administrator. False or misleading documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.

You agree not to: (a) create accounts using emails that have not been pre-placed by a sponsor; (b) manipulate the binary structure to unfairly advantage yourself or others; (c) submit fraudulent payment proofs or KYC/KYB documents; (d) recruit members without their consent; (e) spam or misuse the placement reservation system; or (f) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.

Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of earned commissions, and removal from the binary structure without refund.

NP Web Developer reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
